Born at Long Beach Memorial and raised across the OC from Santa Ana to Seal Beach, Josh brings a unique and dynamic experience to his real estate clients. Recognizing the value of laser targeted data marketing, Josh started in 2016 by helping over 150 individual real estate investors identify and acquire investment property in California, Florida, Texas & the Carolinas.

With a unique experience as COO of managing over 135 furnished coastal rentals from Long Beach to Newport Beach, Josh brings a much needed sincere approach to identifying and acquiring income properties in Southern California. Now Head of Growth for Chamberlain Real Estate, Josh’s focus is to assist office agents in finding their niche and to further cultivate his investor clientele.
